standardize management to achieve better production
createtime:2017-06-07site management is critical to the development of an enterprise.as we all know, when each enterprise develop to a certain stage,it will certainly encounter bottlenecks, so that managers need to change their thinking, learn the advanced management methods, and establish the advanced management system, only in this way can enterprises break through the bottleneck, and achieve faster development.therefore, we need to implement production management, especially, to implement site management methods.
in june7,the administrative office organized r ,such as , , iso office, logistics distribution department, liaison office, and , etc. to carry out production site management inspection activities.inspectors check around the material route, they check whether the field material placement area is conducive to the optimization of logistics, whether placed neatly, classified clearly, whether there is something to do nothing with the work and so on.through this inspection, we found that some parts of the workpiece is not standardized or occupied the channel, and requiring to classify the workpiece which occupied the channel, and moved them to the workshop or the storage room.at the same time, it is recommended that the relevant departments to optimize and improve the field which they in charge of , and often check, clean up, so as to fit the requirements of lean production, and the requirements are as follows:
firstly, implement the "set management" strictly at production site, so that the workpiece can be operated timely.what’s more,we should always check and clean, to ensure that the scene clean, and to produce culturally.
secondly, no work items can be placed in the safety channel or the visit route, in order not to impede traffic.
thirdly, strengthen the process management, optimize the process route and process layout, improve the level of technology, accordance with the requirements of the production process strictly, and control the material and the workpiece strictly, to ensure the quality of products.
